Snow Day Pancakes

So on a snow day there is nothing better than sitting around with breakfast on the couch. I figured that my housemates would like to be greeted with pancakes and the news that there was no university today. I used a Jamie Oliver recipe, and considering I’ve never made pancakes before they turned out well.
