Grandy’s Naked Cake

Today is my Grandy’s birthday. We decided to make her something summery (even though this week’s weather thinks it’s October). We went for a naked cakey but piped the buttercream to keep the edges neat and used lots of fresh strawberries and raspberries sandwiched with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream. It’s not a naked cakey without a few flowers so we finished with a few baby roses. Happy Birthday Grandy! x
