Happy Anniversary Jade and Brad

This year has got off to a pretty good start already. My best friend from school, Jade, just moved back here from South Africa with her fiancé Brad. I can’t begin to tell you how happy I am to have them here. I’ve missed having Jade to hang out with, go to gigs with, and laugh with at EVERYTHING. Brad being the coolest fiancé ever asked me to make a cake for Jade, as it’s their 4-year anniversary today. Victoria Sponge is her favourite so I made her one but with a special coconut twist. I topped it with a ganache drip, coconut Rafaellos, lots of hand made roses and hydrangea and plenty of sprinkles. Happy Anniversary Jade and Brad! x
