Make Up Cupcakes

Everything seems a bit of a blur since I made these cupcakes over a week ago. Between a few evenings out, our trip to Ibiza and some other crazy life stuff, I hadn’t had a chance to post them. They are however too sweet not to. I kind of loved the chance to make something uber girly with lots of pink and shiny bits. These cupcakes are for our friend Amelia’s birthday who is crazy about make up. Making these made me nostalgic about being seventeen. Not that that was a long time ago or anything, but just remembering how exciting it was learning to drive, being distracted from your A Levels by boys and spending time putting on make up just to go over to your friends houses. Sigh. The cupcakes were Nutella with pink sprinkles and handmade toppers. To finish them off I made lipsticks, mini M.A.C pots, O.P.I nail varnish and her beloved lashes. Happy Birthday Amelia x
