Well this is very exciting! I’m so happy to finally show you the new and improved Afternoon Crumbs site. Yaaaay! My ridiculously talented friend Steve designed it for me and I’m more than a little bit in love with it. I hope you all are to. Anemone Cake

This cake was for my lovely neighbour Gabriele’s 40th birthday party this weekend. She had the most gorgeous garden party with a seriously cool marquee, delicious food and plenty of dancing. I knew a cake that was pretty and elegant would be her style and so I drew inspiration from this black and ivory Peggy Porschen cake for the design. Fluffernutter Macarons

It’s always so great when my friend Jade comes to visit. We spend the whole time laughing at stupid things, reminiscing and eating far too much. This trip she visited with her lovely boyfriend Brad and we managed to lure them out of London this weekend for a family BBQ. On her last visit I made all of these but this time I went for something a little smaller scale but super tasty. We used to live on peanut butter and jelly sandwiches at school and when we discovered that putting Marshmallow Fluff with it was a thing we thought it was amazing. Happy Birthday Eloise

I’m baaaaaaack. Although I had the best trip and I can’t wait to tell you all about it, it’s nice to be back in the kitchen. While I was away it was my cousin’s birthday.
