 For my birthday my lovely flatmate bought me silicone cakes cases. They are amazing and make moulds so much easier as they pop right out. I covered the tops of them in Green & Blacks white chocolate which is a firm favourite in my house. I can’t wait to try out the heart shaped ones for Valentines…

So upon my Dad’s last return from America he presented me with this amazing snowman cake tray. Now the festive season is here it was the first thing I wanted to make. These little guys came out nicely first try. I then iced outlines onto them to highlight the mould. I can’t imagine it will take long for these couples to be separated…
