Mince Pies

Mince pies are a must at Christmas apparently. I don’t tend to eat them and I’m not sure why, but I do like to make them. I used a pastry recipe that my family swears by. I filled them with the amazing mincemeat given to us by the wonderful Amanda. These little star mince pies smelt so good I may even have to try one myself. Merry Christmas!
