Ferrero Rocher Cupcakes

Oh HEY! I’d abandoned blog for a bit while working on lots of exciting things. The weeks have been flying by at an unnaturally fast pace and I’ve realised I hadn’t shared anything since Valentine’s. Doh. So here are some good looking cake guys for you. I made these Ferrero Rocher cupcakes this past week and they went down pretty darn well. Here’s how I did it. I began by baking some chocolate cupcakes that I then filled with Nutella. To make the frosting I blended around 11 Ferrero Rocher then beat them in to vanilla frosting, then of course topped with a whole one and some chocolate sprinkles. Back soon. Promise.
