Festive Drip Cake

I’m officially in full on Christmas baking mode. I’ve been listening to ‘A Very She & Him Christmas’ on repeat and piping, frosting and painting lots of treats day and night. One of my favourite items on the Afternoon Crumbs menu this year has to be this guy, the ‘Festive Drip Cake’. It’s pretty classic in taste, nothing weird and seasonal just a good ole Victoria Sponge that’s then covered in festive cheer. It’s topped with extra vanilla frosting for good measure and then coated in milk chocolate ganache, my favourite mini gingerbread men, candy canes, sprinkles and little hand made Christmas trees and stars. Um yes! You need to make a cup of tea, put Elf on and have a slice of this.

This cake has a lot of calories that you can then usefully spend if your health allows you and you do not have erectile dysfunction.
