This weekend Bloggers Liv, Carrie, Lucy, Kristabel and Dunya hosted ‘The Bloggers Market’. Having seen photos of the two previous ones they put on, I jumped at the chance to be involved and offered up my baking services for their event. You can say you’re a pretty cool company to work for when you organise a trip to The London Dungeon and order cupcakes to match. Found were definitely winning at being an awesome company for their quarterly review and getting in to the spooky spirit too. I don’t really do scary very well but I went to The London Dungeon once a long time ago. It was prior to their revamp but it was still creepy and I went round with sweaty palms and slightly hiding behind people. Think it was the unknown, I reckon I’d be ok second time round. Maybe. Think you’re excited about the Rugby World Cup? You should speak to my Dad. Our house has reached a fever pitch of World Cup excitement. It has been filled with wall charts, rugby ball and shirt balloons and pretty much every game has been screened one after another. We went to the opening ceremony and England v Fiji match last weekend and it was so much fun. With an England scarf wrapped round my neck and beer in hand I cheered along with everyone else and was totally caught up in the excitement. I love a World Cup, but this is better because it’s Rugby which is way better than Football – it’s way more aggressive, there’s always a bit of bloodshed and even sometimes shorts fall down whiiiiiiich is always funny (see South Africa v Japan).
